Research & Development

Research projects currently include improving network security, integrating collaboration platforms for remote work, and understanding the true cost of disaster recovery situations.

Design & Build

Good project design is critical for achieving a project’s high quality outcome within budget and on time. With centrexIT, your projects get a dedicated team made up of planners, designers, and engineers – and none of those resources wear two hats. They identify the right products, procure them, and review every detail of your project to pass the project through our stages of change.
Examples of design and build projects include office moves and expansions, email migrations, desktop deployment, and cloud migrations.

Agile Operations

Change Management

A change management process is a formal process used in order to request, review and evaluate a change. Our Operations, Project, Quality, and Security Teams – as well as our Change Advisory Board – are all involved in overseeing every element of a change request through to proper execution.
Examples of change management projects include implementing a new data center, deploying a bug or fix, system or network upgrades, Windows patches, and transferring data to the cloud.

Continuous Improvement

Every time we encounter an issue, we solve it, but we take problem resolution a step further. We return to the issue to look and see what can be done to prevent it from recurring in the future. Our help desk is the only aspect of our business that is reactive, while everything else is proactive. We conduct “lessons learned” sessions to go beyond just resolving tickets. We strive to understand the root cause of any issue to constantly improve our own processes and our client experience

Security

Our approach to security takes a holistic look at both our clients’ environments and our own. As an experienced IT partner, we are keen on how our environment touches our clients’ and how security threats have evolved today. We have a dedicated team of security experts constantly monitoring and reviewing both sets of IT environments to reduce risk of exposure and vulnerabilities.
